Turquoise? Larimar?

I came across this perky looking stone in a pendant. It was so pretty it got my curiosity going. Is it turquoise? Larimar? Is the construction Mexican? Native American? There is no hallmark. I appreciate your thoughts on it!

It definitely has a different color but I don’t think it is Larimar. If not turquoise I would lean more chrysocolla.
