Curious to find out if this is a real Indian ring? My mother has had it for over 40 years. Was supposed to be Indian mAde and from Arizona but we have no idea. It was a gift from her aunt years ago. Any ideas/input would be greatly appreciated! There is a “H” engraved in the back. Thanks!
