I’ve had these two for so long I can’t remember where I got either of them. I do remember that the paperclip one was listed as “Art Nouveau” but I realized it wasn’t and bought it. The turquoise is gorgeous! The stone in the center pendant is cut square with faint facets. And the background of the center is oddly textured and a different color than the back of it which looks like regular sterling. It makes me wonder whether it was chemically treated and textured or maybe it’s nickel silver?
The other one with the little overlay style “tabs” is just odd, at least to me. There’s heavy barrel beads and round beads, and it’s strung on a chain like I’ve seen on squash blossoms, and with the same clasp. Now that I’ve looked at it again after a few years I would say possibly Mexican but I’m still not sure.
Of course there are zero marks on either one. Any insight would be appreciated, thanks!
