Unknown maker marking (HAT) on sterling silver Bear Claw Bracelet

Hi, I’ve been told that it can’t be Navajo because it has a genuine bear claw? I have yet to find this maker mark anywhere and am hoping this community might have the answer? Thank you for any help. Roxie

Hi, Roxie – It’s the mark of Delbert Vandever, a Navajo artist who’s a multiple award winner, according to Bille Hougart’s book, Native American and Southwestern Silver Hallmarks. cheers, MarthaT
