it’s been a while but I wanted out today-the sun was visible,a bit above freezing & wind was less than “hurricane”.

got away w/only 2 purchases but put 4 “in the drawer”
bought my first knifewing guy-small pin,old,bent,no markings. $24. so,how small IS small? 1 3/4 tall,1 1/2 wide=average or small?
the other Q is about that name of the tiny/fine chain that’s sometimes used to string necklaces…something-fox or fox -something? was looking at silver beads to use as spacers when re-stringing & saw the chain in a maybe 20in plus plain bead necklace & did a “nope,too good to break up”.

that’s probably what I was trying to recall but the actual chain is way smaller & finer wire. have seen on(in?)older quality squash blossoms shown here

I’ve also heard it referred to as snake chain. It does come in different sizes and thickness. I call it Fox tail myself.
