What Kind of Turquoise is this?

Hi, I am having trouble finding out about this necklace. It has a huge turquoise stone, that seems a little odd to me. There is a lot of white in it and green and pale blue blotches. Is this stabilized or something? Any information would be very helpful. Thanks

I believe it is a piece of Fox Turquoise, possibly natural, just low grade. Thanks for sharing.
