Pretty amazing, more pictures would be great. From the limited side view it is Navajo and either really old or someone who is very talented and can make it look old.

Found this, OLD FRED HARVEY Navajo Sterling Whirling Log Thunderbird Snake Arrows Bracelet | eBay. I really like the look of yours and think $750 - $900, but no better information than what someone paid for something similar.
