Wondering what this small webbed turquoise is?

Hi All, Picked this little piece up to learn about the type of turquoise. The stone has a lot going on at 17mm x 13mm. Is it US Turquoise -Do you Think it’s Natural? Also wondering age of silverwork. The piece is unmarked with worn permanent marker on back -think it reads $26. Thank you.

Need help with this Turquoise & Serpentine Ring also- Is it NA and what would you say the Turquoise may be. Do you think it’s an older ring? Stones measure approximately 3.3mm x 28.4mm -Total Weight 14g - unmarked.

I’m going to say the turquoise in the heart pendant is either Chinese or another non- North American kind, because that pendant is not Native. The little “spirals” around the rain drops are not NA style, but predominant in Middle eastern, South American and Mexican jewelry.
