Would I be able to get $1,500 for this piece?
There is no makers mark and one of the stones has a small crack

You got a ton of responses/guesses already on Facebook. Only way to know is to offer it for sale and see what happens. You have to disclose the cracked stones.
Bear in mind there are many multiples of similar pieces out there for buyers to choose from.
What you can get for a piece is very hard to determine. It depends on your location, and the platform you are selling on. And even then it can vary. I infrequently sell on ebay and have a few followers, my friend lists items every day and has many followers. Me and my friend could list a hundred dollar item on ebay. He might get $150 and I might only get $50. But he is an established seller where I am not. So yeah, it’s impossible to tell what you can get till you list it and see.
