Picked up this womans belt buckle today at a yard sale for a buck just because I had a feeling. Its about 2 3/4 x 1 3/4 and has H. L. Lanyate scratched on the rear with no other markings. Tests as silver. Would like to have any info all of the experts on here have. Thanks

does channel inlay and mosaic inlay.
Also, someone has a spinner pendant by this person on Buy It Now on ebay for $450 with the same image. I have no idea if it has this kind of value but it is very pretty buckle this is very nicely done. There are not a lot of things out there in the internet world associated with this artist that I can find.
