30 years worth of Bracelets

Wow. I really like the big turquoise cuff on the right and the two cuffs with lines of small turquoise …one that looks like it has a Whirling log. Do you know who made those?

Ooh, these. Bangles or cuffs? Can you post additional photos?

Albert Payton. I like that one too.

They were made by Clarence Chama (RIP), Navajo. I have a few of his pieces and I love them (there is a Santo Domingo Clarence Chama, not the same person).

These are pretty heavy, and are definitely a “presence” on your wrist.

Very nice! Since you have two, maybe you could sell one to me😉

Those are beautiful and wonderful keepsakes to treasure. I found a larger cuff of his on line. Amazing work and I wonder how many types of turquoise he uses. Can you show us your other pieces by him?

I love that cuff, I’m buying when my lottery numbers hit. I don’t have much of his, but what I’ve seen of his pieces over the years is he uses all sorts of different stones in different ways, and in his necklaces you’ll see many silver feathers and stamped barrel beads (correct term?) mixed in. My ring is getting pretty worn since I wear it so much, and I like the different colors in the inlay earrings. My sister has a malachite set of his that is really pretty. His pieces sometimes will get misattributed to the other Clarence Chama (Kewa/Santo Domingo), but I believe his stamp has the lower case letters and not all caps like the younger C Chama…

I know I said that I don’t like to stack, but
these two look pretty good together! Maybe I’ll change my ways.

@RedlandMaggie Those are very cool bracelets!
The small turquoise cabs make them so special!

I have nothing to say except :star_struck::heart_eyes: because all your bracelets are simply lovely.

(And @Stracci I do think those two bangles look very fine together!)

What a great nugget on that ring and the inlay earrings have a nice color combination. Thanks for sharing.

Beautiful pieces :grinning: Love the Nugget ring.

What is the maker of the symbol in your picture above Chama? I have a little enamel pendant with earrings to match that had that stamp. Thanks so much.

They look beautiful together

@Ziacat I looked at the shadow box bracelet that is similar to yours. Mine has an etched/scratched “47” on the back of it. I have attached a few photos.

I didn’t notice it until I looked at it under a bright light.

Mine has nada on the back. I assume the 47 on yours is a kind of store code or something. I found the post with another similar cuff; that one has a hallmark.
I have a problem!

Thank you for the link. All three look similar.
