I recently acquired a multi stone cuff bracelet stamped with a W and a crescent moon.
In Bille Hougart’s Native American and Southwestern Silver Hallmarks 5th edition book I found on page 339 the name Chee Wilson but I couldn’t find any other references online. I was hoping someone would recognize hallmark. Thank you in advance.

Well, in your photo Hougart is showing exactly the same hallmark for Chee Wilson as the one on your cuff. That seems a pretty encouraging identification 
Were you hoping to find other references that could confirm the hallmark in addition to Bille Hougart? Or were you looking for something else?

Wow!! Thank you so much! I don’t find any jewelry by the artist online and I’m thankful for this information. 
Since it looks like he isn’t actively making jewelry and not much information out there what price value can I place on this bracelet if selling it on either eBay or elsewhere?

Check Completed/Sold listings at eBay for comparables, and other resale sites with wares that are similar, whether or not by him.

You can also sign up for an account on Live Auctioneers, to see what things have sold for at auction, I find it useful.
