Hallmark on cones

Hi again. I was wondering if this is a real hallmark or did they just use commercially available cones? I’ve seen on other like this on Ebay and they were asking close to $500.

I know RioGrande jewelry supply makes cones with a flower stamp (different than this). The lady I bought from won it as part of a huge jewelry lot at an estate auction in NM in the 1980s. Has anyone else seen this hallmark?Thanks in advance, as always!

I believe it is the design of the cone (available at your closest supply house) and not related to the artist, beautiful necklace.
