How do we combine and wear our Native American bling

Loving all the bangles combined!

Very pretty combo. And now you made me want to use the phrase “outsidy”

Happy belated birthday. You look great in monochrome Hopi.

Yes, Happy Belated Birthday @Ziacat :birthday_cake: I was so taken by the jewelry that I missed the birthday part. My apologies.

Thank you, but absolutely no worries! I mostly just brought it up, because it was a chance for me to dress up a wee bit, and go out to eat while wearing a bunch of my Hopi gear

Thank you!! I’ve never really worn that much of it all at once, but it went really well with a nice black top.

Tell her we said she looks awesome! I bet you two have fun deciding what turquoise to wear before you go out

She always looks awesome to me! 32 years together and it went by like that! I always tell her that if it didn’t feel like a prison sentence, we are doing ok.

Spending a few weeks in a cabin on the Blue Ridge Parkway in North Carolina. Just chillin and spending time with good friends

Good times!

I really enjoy seeing how everyone is accessorizing their beautiful jewelry!

I have been working on finding tops for the upcoming holiday season. Here are four I plan to keep with differing combinations of Ira Custer corn squash blossom, Robert Johnson Bisbee turquoise and leather necklace, Anthony Lovato horse cuff, Floyd Etsate petit point cuff, Wilson Padilla Stormy Mountain turquoise ring and/or Lonn Parker ring. One is corduroy and the others crushed velvet, black, dark green and deep red.

I was hoping to find a harvest gold in the crushed velvet. That search continues.

Your jewelry is beautiful, and combined with these incredible blouses, create a timeless, classic, and beautifully historic, stunning look. Thank you for sharing these lovely combinations! :star_struck:

Perhaps you’ll find this useful.

I love it all!!! (I tried to use more exclamation points, but it wouldn’t let me ) I also like to wear velvet in the winter, and I have a black short sleeved velvet T that I wear constantly (I’ve also got a navy velvet turtleneck, but it has a tear that needs fixed). However, I think your rich camel corduroy shirt looks just as good! I’ve been thinking about getting a corduroy shirt.

On to your bling….

Oh! My! Gosh! You have an ANTHONY LOVATO HORSE CUFF :open_mouth: I want one SO BAD! I looked at one of his horse buckles when were in AZ in ‘24, but it was quite pricey considering I don’t wear buckles much (Garland’s has some, but they’re not my size) Then at Cameron I was seriously looking at a horse cuff very similar to yours by one of his sons, but it was just too big, so then I ended up with his corn cuff. But one of his horse pieces is on my list for sure.

All your other pieces are fabulous, and I love how you laid them out on your clothes. I need to do that for some of my winter stuff. Thanks so much for sharing it all! Oh, I see your lil baby saguaro ring

That red velvet against the turquoise and silver is eye catching, and lush! Big wowzer! Please wear that combo

I love everything you got on your trip out west. Top notch yummies!

Lovely blouses and a gorgeous selection of your turquoise jewelry! You’ve got the pairing just perfect. I’m partial to corduroy in any color. Hoping you find a harvest gold crushed velvet blouse. That’s gonna be awesome with all your fine turquoise jewelry.

@Ziacat Just picked up the corduroy top at the local thrift. Orvis donates returns/overstocks to them. I have found a lot of deals there. These are the first velvet tops for me. They’re usually a bit too warm for me but look amazing with N.A. jewelry

I tried on Anthony Lovato horse cuffs in just about every trading post we spent time in. This one was found in Mancos CO near Mesa Verde. I put it on and it was like he made it for me. Here are pics additional pics.

I love that ring! Don’t know if you noticed but the cab is cracked. It is still tight so I wear it every now and again. The white is light reflections.

You will find the perfect Anthony Lovato horse cuff. I just know it!

Thank you for always inspiring me to find high quality jewelry rather than picking up the first thing I see.

Thank you @Ravenscry You and others on this forum have shown me the proper way to wear the N.A. jewelry. I really enjoy reading your posts

The link you provided is greatly appreciated. I will look it over tonight.

I plan to wear this combo to the local symphony Holiday Pops concert. If I can remember, I will post pics should I make any changes to the jewelry.

Thank you @Patina I saw the corduroy top and had to buy it. This particular color looks good with just about all N.A. jewelry.

That is one amazing cuff, and I’m glad you found it; I mean when it’s just right, you know! I don’t remember you showing us that one previously, so it was a fun surprise to see now! I love how he designs the inside, not just the outside. Yours is one of the prettiest of his horse cuffs that I’ve seen yet.

I hadn’t noticed the crack, but I wouldn’t worry too much about it. I have a number of stones with cracks and they’ve never fallen out.
