My brother brought these cuffs as gifts to my mother, sister, and me in the 1970s I would guess. While these are stamped sterling, I cannot find that hallmark anywhere. Are these Native American or imports. Would the stones be turquoise? Any idea of their value?
They are nice looking cuffs but I’m not having any luck with the hallmark either. (I only had time to do a quick search) I hope some of the other members will be able to help.
Thank you for responding. Hoping others chime in too.

I’d say that the stones are real turquoise. Some of them seem to have hairline cracks, but that’s something that happens sometimes (when an item has seen much use)
Thank you. I have compared them to other photos of cuffs and I have noticed that.
Without provenance, there’s really no telling who made them. The 70’s was a wild time, and there were many many people from just about any background making and selling turquoise and silver jewelry. The rain cloud could be a personal hallmark, or a production shop hallmark. It was, and remains a very popular symbol for hallmarking, again by a variety of people from all sorts of backgrounds. The bracelets themselves are great, chunky, period pieces, with plenty of value all of their own.
The next question is usually: “what are they worth”? The answer, especially with raw material skyrocketing, is: “Whatever a buyer is ultimately willing to pay”, and that’s a question we just can’t answer here.
