Hello all. Sharing this piece passed from my grandmother. Not looking to ascertain value; on the contrary, we paid my parents $1500 as it was soon to be sold. Call me foolish, but it was important to me to keep it in the family.
I’m curious if anyone can help me piece together it’s history based on style, composition, etc. I haven’t found any markings to cross reference. The turquoise is believed to originate from Kingman mine(s?), though I have no data to support that. Really appreciate your insight in advance.

Really appreciate your reply, Jason.
Any suggested reading around the history of this beautiful cultural art, artists etc? Would love to become educated to avoid unintentionally slipping into cultural appropriation territory.
Sincerest thanks again for your patience and guidance.
