Turquoise Discoveries

This is really nice. Great job! I see a lot of inlay and I never buy it. I should do more research about it.

Merci for saving this vintage cuff. It’s super nice, and that’s a popular motif. Looks like you did a terrific job reviving it.

Absolutely gorgeous. Looks like an alien coming down from space.

They have another one of his pieces for sale. This one is a bit cheaper, maybe if we pooled our funds we could afford this one  :joy:

A couple of us have discussed how we enjoy the work of the late Tommy Jackson. I love this cuff. I added the link, but also took a screenshot for posterity

That’s a beauty @Ziacat Will it be added to your jewelry box?

Oh my no. It’s out of my price range. Unless I were to buy nothing else for quite a long time

Wow, that’s unique looking. The face of the cuff reminds me of a NA woven basket. But, Holy Moly, that Pilot Mountain turquoise cab is outstanding!!

Now that you said that, it does remind me of a NA basket weave. It first made me think of rug designs, but I definitely see the basket. And that stone is to die for.

Just picked these up for less than scrap price. Neither is signed by the maker.

Congratulations on your new pieces. I like both of them but am partial to the bracelet. I’m sure the gals in your home will happy with the turquoise and Mercury dime bracelet.

Oh, nice finds! That ketoh is rockin!

Those are really cool. Now you just need a nice piece of leather for that ketoh. And I love the brilliant blue of that stone.

Super nice finds! I especially like the ketoh. Haven’t seen a bracelet like that, it’s cool.

Is it Lander Blue or Bisbee

My guess might be Sleeping Beauty or Blue Gem.

I have extra leather from the other ketoh. Another project.

Hmmmmm…Kingman? SB could be a good guess.

Don’t forget to show us when you’re done with your project!

They are beautiful pieces! Now days it is luck to get anything Native American at scrap value! I have never seen a ketoh in the wild before. Hopefully someday I will!!
