Which part of "Native America" does this whatchamacallit hail from?

The “nuggets” do add a certain ‘Flintstones’ flair, n’est ce pas?

You know if you get rid of those stupid nuggets that necklace has almost a Patania look. I don’t think it is their work because theirs normally has precise calculated cabochons, but without the nuggets, it would definitely look a lot better!

@Islandmomma
I thought of your recent Patania discovery when I saw this piece.
But when it came out of the case and I held it in my hands, there was no real quality here.
No marks, weird shiny surface in the back, and
seams on the beads.
But it could be a nice look, I agree.

Oh, that’s really a shame.

“ABSOLUTELY ANY PAWN SHOP would JUMP AT THE CHANCE to make a LOAN on this REMARKABLE ESTATE FIND …RIGHT FROM THE MANSIOIN on 10 Acres of wooded land …this one is to die for …OK…FOR WHICH TO DIE! Take the time to view mmy many photos. NO LOSS!NO DINGS or DENTS… BOLD MARKS and note the fine TOUCHMARKS on the fine UNUSUAL CHARM TYPE STERLING BRACELET! The beauty took me STRAIGHT TO MY KNEES!”

  • This will be a little difficult for me to describe and to arrive at a FAIR PRICE… but here I go and I will do my best to pass on to you … MY views.

  • ------------------------------------

  • ------------------------------------

  • 1.) The entire toggle closure bracelet is 8" from toggle to ring …both are inlaid with BLACK ONYX on reverse and both are boldly touchmarked / hallmarked for 925 & maker.

  • 2.) The important part … there are 31 FULL DROP PENDANTS (most 2" in length) that vary as to composition … sterling balls, Onyx, Blackjack Turquoise and related …see photos.

  • 3.) Note the 2 ONYX BEAR FETISH drops as well (so thats now 33 pendant drops!)

  • 4.) 8 STERLING MEDALLIONS with various silversmiths marks, 925, Sterling, Mexico Eagle Mark & Silversmith, etc. One is marked P.P. which should be c1973 Paul Pekytewa (Zuni) …sometimes spelled Peyketewa ?) Another is marked MGP …Gilbert Pino … 1978-1979. One marked for Mexicio Sterling T.C.258, etc. You’ll love the one with the Native Tribal Dancer with Horn!

  • 5.) The marked 925 STERLING unusual CHAIN CHARM BRACELET, as base for Drops, is FULLY HALLMARKED on each pc. of the Toggle Closure! I could go on for DAYS …but will end now… you find it FOR WHAT IT IS or is NOT! Glad to answer any questions and if you need more photos…JUST ASK!

  • 6.) Take a look at the finely polished BLACK JACK NEVADA MINE (Mineral County, Neveda) TURQUOISE …IT IS SUPERIOR… of course you KNEW that! — NO RETURNS as you can understand there would be NO REASON to return …it IS what it is and actually with all these pieces… perhaps a little handling “thing”… YOU WILL FALL IN LOVE WITH THIS ONE and WEAR WITH PRIDE!!! (Okay ..go Pawn It !)

  • 7.) The weight is a MONUMENTAL 249 GRAMS (TW, which is 8 TROY OUNCES!)

  • --------------------------------------

  • --------------------------------------

  • NOW for the price … I WILL LIST AS A TOTAL BRACELET for a short period of time …OTHERWISE …I certainly could break it all up and sell in INDIVIDUAL LISTINGS… OR … You can buy and do that as well. Old Judge Rae had a Birthday last month… time is getting short! ---- 33 DROPS that easily would sell in the $85.00 range … then add in the 8 Sterling Medallions at a low $50.00 each…PLUS THE GREAT UNUSUAL STERLING CHARM BRACELET at only $85.00 …I ARRIVED AT A FAIR ASKING PRICE… FREE SHIPPING of Course!

  • --------------------------------------

  • --------------------------------------

  • HAVE FUN with this MONUMENTAL FIND …(For OHIO anyway …)

  • I LOVE MY JOB!

Wow, “great” franken-charm bracelet. The Blackjack mine was active around 1973. Does that qualify as “old” pawn? Let’s start producing those - not. A lot of sunshine being blown in that listing.

Oooo! With free shipping.

@StevesTrail Sheesh, that’s a lot of moolah for that necklace. Does the listing state Navajo, Zuni, Hopi made? Ya know, covering all their bases😆. My thought is that it’s an import but, it can be tricky to determine authenticity on these, imo.
