How do we combine and wear our Native American bling

@OrbitOrange @Ziacat

You gals are awesome! Proximal and distal……

I will now insert these terms into my daily vernacular!

Hahaha! Love the proximal and distal references. I have enjoyed seeing how everyone puts together their pieces, because I’m usually pretty simple and I really like how everyone here wears multiple pieces and mixes them up! I’m going to have to get a little more creative.

This was my jewelry when I wore an olive green plaid shirt the other day.

Love the green! Is that Hubei?! What a stunning pendant! Great combo

@Phoenix7 thank you!! I don’t know if it’s that type particularly, but Jason, who runs this site, did identify it as Chinese. That was another lucky find; I think I only paid about $34 for it because people didn’t like the color. I like it because it’s different shades of green and goes with a lot of stuff!

Just got home from a week at the Pendleton Round-Up - saw some AMAZING pieces for sale from the NA vendors and walking around on folks. I didn’t take pictures because I didn’t want to be intrusive, but holy moly, it was a dream week of jewelry watching. Oh yeah, and a great rodeo

I’m wearing these pieces today. I found the pendant and a buckle at the first pow wow I have ever attended a few months ago. The pendant was $100. There are some cracks in the turquoise but I didn’t mind them so much. It’s pretty stabile in the setting. Not sure if the left hand ring finger is native though. Have a blessed weekend all

Love it all, and you are rockin’ it!! I’m heading into work right now, so I’ll look at it all closer later today, but it’s awesome. To me that ring looks native; I have one that’s a similar style. But I guess we never know for sure sometimes

Thanks so much Ziacat :grinning_face_with_smiling_eyes: I always worry about banging my jewelry on something because I’m not the most graceful but today, I said why not. Thanks again.

So beautiful! If you ever decide to part ways with the cuff let me know

At the risk of sounding stupid, what is that on your necklace; is it a kachina?

Thank you so much OrbitOrange  Your cuff is TDF!

Those cuffs are KILLER, but I really love your rings. The turquoise and the coral on you right hand are wonderful, very chic.

You said you were wearing a buckle?

I was gonna ask the same thing. I have a pin that I have no idea what it is either but now that I look at it, it looks nothing like @OrbitOrange I think mine may be a bird?

That looks like maybe a turkey or a peacock perhaps.

Thanks @Ziacat :grinning_face_with_smiling_eyes: Yes, this is the buckle I got at the pow wow. Remember this belt? Pictures came out backwards again.

I forgot that buckle. Of course I love it; it looks a lot like my mom’s  Cool belt.

Tell your hubby butterflies don’t have beaks  at least it looks like a break to me….
