I’m enjoying the show everyone! The only stacking I do is bales of hay for the horses.
At least that’s good exercise, then your belts will keep fitting well that’s what I tell myself every time I have to put on those stinking skates (they don’t literally stink, but the hockey room next to us sometimes does)
Although I bet you might combine some of your belts with some cool hat bands or watches or something
Hi Zia!
The red coral needlepoint pin/pendant is indeed Zuni.
The turquoise row cuff is made by Wilbert Benally , and the single stone cuff is by Sunshine Reeves.
The three silver stackers are fun!
The chain-like cuff was a thrift store find. Not marked. It might even be Mexican made, I don’t know, but I love it.
The middle one is my everyday bracelet by Lyle Secatero. The wide one is by Anthony Bowman.
Great stuff. I like the Leo Feeney ring. There are a lot of collectors of his jewelry. @Phoenix7 …love all that amber! Great cuff and thunderbird too.
@Stracci …love all your combos…especially like that coral pendant and silver cuffs.
I need a fashion consultant to help me put my jewelry together. I usually put on a ring or two and a cuff. This cuff is Gary Reeves.
Those sunglasses are killer! Loving all the blue.
Thanks a bunch @nanc9354
Yep, I hear ya about the fashion consultant Just start pulling out similar colored stone items and see what goes together from there.
Then, you can start getting brave and adding other things that go but, don’t necessarily match.
I really love your cuff and big beautiful turquoise ring!
Those 2 are right up my alley
I have a couple fetish necklaces that were missing their middle carving. I like to throw my smaller, lightweight joclas on there to fill the space. The carver below is Lavina (Tsikewa) Kaskalla - her carvings are are so delicate.
I’m lucky that these 3 cuffs don’t travel over each other when I wear them - I have another group that tend to migrate throughout the day that I wear less often (these 3 are my favorites).
I love slab earrings because they are so light - so you can get visual bang for your buck. all of mine are pretty thin, which is what I look for (thicker ones are out there but I don’t care for them, although if the turquoise was fabulous then of course I’d get them).
These earrings are a little longer than yesterday’s, but just as light, so you don’t feel them at all really.
I love long earrings (but my right earlobe doesn’t), and those cluster earrings are also pretty.
I am an opportunist not a purist. So….one of my new favorite combos is my Victorian sterling chain with large bail turquoise pendants. Pendant is Willie Saiz. I also like the contrast of red coral with green turquoise.
I was pleasantly surprised how well my Calamity ring went with my Reggie cuff. I didn’t realize that when I bought the ring. In general I don’t necessarily need my stuff to match super well, but occasionally it’s nice to have what feels like a purposeful set. Wore them today at work
@chris, that chain is really pretty fabulous, and looks great with the pendant. I’m used to seeing red coral with blue turquoise, but I really like it with the green for a change. The green ring is extra gorgeous next to the coral ones.
Those 2 look like they were made for each other!
@Ziacat
Chris, I’m like you on that. I mix it up almost always.
You have some very nice pieces. Love that coral cuff, and that chain is killer!
@chris
The Calamity ring and Mitchell cuff look soooooo good together.
Thanks! I love that cuff!!! It goes so well with the ring! My jewelry always matches my mood for the day. Sometimes (rarely) I match, sometimes I’m sentimental, but usually I am all over the place.
Thank you so much!! I love the amber you posted! It is something that I love and often pick up at sales. I never realized how well it went with turquoise. The orange brown and blue are contrasting colors as well!
It’s my grandmother’s ring that’s the cluster, but cluster earrings are on the “to get” list
Actually I like it even better as a ring!
You’re right. Green Turquoise goes together very well with red coral. I love the stone in the ring and the ring itself. Do you know what kind of turquoise that is? And that antique chain is so unique.
oooh @TaraFawn75 that squash is killer! Is it Simplicio?
