Hello, I have a Turquoise Belt Buckle with the initials AV with an underline. I found her once several years back. But can not locate now. She also made bolo ties.
She has a particular style of snake.

I had a quick look and couldn’t find anything with the underlined letters.It is not Navajo, Zuni most likely. Stunning!

That is a really cool buckle. Like Christibo I could not find anything on the hallmark. Though you could probably have a debate on whether that was Navajo or not.

I am having it repaired, I hope they keep the bezel close to the original. It seems rather primitive, and mixing it with a more modern style would be visually disturbing.
Thanks for you answers! I remember she worked out of a central seller, like a store. She worked at home and took the things in. I remember for sure a bolo tie, and maybe a ring. I hate when a computer crashes and you lose part of your history!
Could it be dated by the stamps she used? or the style of the letters which appear to be stamped.
