New NA jewelry additions

The bite was infected, and then probably somehow MRSA got in there. It wasn’t the worst form of it, but it was unpleasant. I didn’t lose a limb or anything!

They learn to recognize you & have the best eyesight of the spider world…always checking you out to see what you’re up to. I used to be afraid of spiders (watching old Scfi movies about irradiated grown spiders) until I watched an orb weaver female go through her entire life-cycle, make a home for her kids, birth them, and then die. If I had gotten bit by a black widow or had other negative experiences, I’m sure I’d feel different.

Every time I hear the word “corn”, I think of the old commercial where they go “My people call it maize.”

I got these yesterday. The necklace I bought was too heavy and this jewelry store lets you trade pieces you get bored with as long as you have you receipt, so I traded for this huge cuff because I love the turquoise in it. :grinning_face_with_smiling_eyes: I know the ring isn’t native but I love this style too and the turquoise colors in both mesh to me. The ring is 44 grams, so I will be wearing it alone.

We have a corn thread…..Time of year for corn jewelry….enjoy!

Gorgeous! I would have traded for that cuff also, but I do love cuffs. And the turquoise is just so beautiful. The big stone especially reminds me of Lake Michigan

If you wear them together, I see weightlifting in your future

lol  Thanks so much @Ziacat I just knew you were gonna say they look like Kingman. I wore them today and nothing else. The ring was a bit heavy and a little too big, so I tried a little piece of moleskin from the pharmacy. It worked perfectly. I never heard of that stuff until the jeweler suggested it. BTW The cuff did give me Wonder Woman vibes

Most definitely Wonder Woman vibes!

I’m sorry I disappointed you with not guessing Kingman  When I don’t have an actual guess I can claim they look like Lake Michigan
