Very much so, although I think I would be really uncomfortable in those leather pants….

Elegance by accenting rather than overdoing it. But if those leather slacks get wet she better get out of them before they dry.

Exactly what I was thinking. :grinning_face_with_smiling_eyes:

Wrangler makes “pleather” pants - most likely hers aren’t real leather.

Is that another word for “plastique”?

That doesn’t sound any better to me….

You ladies need to toughen up.:squinting_face_with_tongue:

Besides, those aren’t leather pants, THESE are leather pants…:+1:

@TAH Such a terrific look! Mr. Armani was a pinnacle of style.

Yes, he was! And so is Ralph Lauren pictured above. :slightly_smiling_face:

I’m fine being a little wimpy

Those are beautiful, and Mr. Lauren wears those fabulously indeed! But the only leather “pants” I want to wear are chaps (although I did once own a leather skirt)

@TAH Oh, that’s a photo of Ralph Lauren? Guess who’s not a pinnacle of style ~ yours truly :rofl::rofl:.

That is not true, @Patina. I’ve seen many pieces of your jewelry on here and it’s pretty obvious you know style and have great taste. :+1:

Nice look for an old guy. That belt makes the outfit.

His leather pants have a little more wriggle room so it wouldn’t take me hours to get them on.

Not sure if anyone else subscribed to the Crow’s Nest Trading Co catalogs back in the day (I think they ceased business sometime after 2012?), but every once and a while I miss browsing their catalog - some fabulous NA jewelry and clothing, and well photographed.

You never know what you’ll come across at our library’s donated books sorting center where I volunteer. I was flipping through Tom Brokaw’s book, “An Album of Memories, Personal Histories from the Greatest Generation”. I landed on this photo. Looks like Mr. Barger is wearing a large, turquoise bolo tie with silverwork at the top (leaves?). During WWII, Mr. Barger served in the Army Air Corps. Mrs. Barger was a riveter before her husband went into the Army.
