Beautiful! I also see the fox!
The cuff absolutely blew my mind
Gorgeous piece of art!
This one is a rather odd color. kind has me scratching my head. it has caught many people’s attention. I sold and was fortunate enough to purchase it back
Manuel Weahkee is known for his fetish carvings, but he dabbles a little in jewelry. I love the light greenish color of this stone.
You know people talk matrix this host rock that. But long ago that was second rate rocks to the native Americans and tourists alike. They wanted good consistency and some milky colors that faded into others. This is a perfect example of that. Very nice
I’m really late to this thread. But love this cuff!
Love these! The Palms is where I had my frog cuff (that I posted awhile back) fixed. The gentleman there fixed it (and some other things) on the spot cuz he said he appreciated that I had traveled so far. Also bought a fun ring there.
Love the horses on your pendant!
@Ziacat I spent the whole day at The Palms…my husband and son went to a museum and left me there to look in peace because they had SOOOO much stock to go through, and I was also looking for pieces for other people. They were so patient and fun. Hope I get to go back someday, and to some of the other stores mentioned on this forum.
I remember that frog cuff…a great, unique piece. What a great find!
Thanks (the horses on my pendant)
Lucky you getting plenty of uninterrupted time shopping there. I was with hubby and our nephew we were visiting. He’s a federal agent, and was telling us about a case he inherited when he first moved to Albuquerque; it was one that involved fraud in the Native American jewelry business. So he wasn’t very trusting of my shopping ability lol.
Lovely pieces with beautiful stones. I could only see a hallmark on the one, RL. I couldn’t find a hallmark that looked exactly like that, but I don’t have as many resources as some of the other people on this site; hopefully they will chime in. Do the other two have hallmarks? Although many of my older pieces don’t have any.
Also, is there any way you can get a clearer picture of the one with the most stones? I like the look of those, I just can’t see them very well.
There are a lot more knowledgeable people on here than me, so I hope they will have some insight to your pieces. But without a hallmark that’s familiar, it’s often impossible to tell who made them.
Thanks for sharing! That is a gorgeous ring (the simple oval setting), love the turquoise. Is it signed?
Wow! Wonderful old pieces…lucky you! Wonder about the turquoise in the smaller 6 stone bracelet - gorgeous!
