How do we combine and wear our Native American bling

I feel like I find a lot of wonderful stuff out in the four corners area (definitely have to know where to shop), and at the Native Art Market we have in Indianapolis yearly. The prices have increased a lot, but I know it’s worth it. I just buy less, and fortunately I have been able to increase my budget through the years.

Have fun shopping at the show, and let us see your purchases please, it’s a rule here

I was killing time while we were waiting for dinner, but got to go now, it’s been a great conversation

C’mon guys, I need some jewelry outfit inspiration. I’m a bit bored with my combos at the moment. Share your jewelry ensembles please!

@RedlandMaggie all are beautiful, but I would like to hear more about that sapphire! It’s delish !

Fun! It’s all lovely, but I really like that bucking bronco ring and your very sleek squash blossom earrings

The sapphire is my grandmothers - the ring is technically a substitute for my real wedding ring as I can’t get my fat finger into that ring at present. I wore this one originally when I was pregnant with both kids back in the day and couldn’t get my real one on.

Cuteness! I love those little squash earrings!

Great combo!

Here’s mine for today. I’ll be running around town all day so not too much, and just comfy items for an all day outing.

@Ziacat @Phoenix7 I haven’t been wearing much as Marley, aka Sharknado, is biting and chewing EVERYTHING in sight. I will try to remember to post when it is safe to wear jewelry again

Oh my gosh, your puppy is the cutest thing EVER!

Lol I understand. I have 3 very large Maine Coons who knock everything to god knows where if the pieces are not safe and secure somewhere. Ok, please share as soon as you can! lol

Thank you. She is getting better but I have three T-shirts that are no longer wearable in public.

I love it that you said not too much; you’re my kind of gal  It’s all lovely, and the color of the turquoise is so beautiful. Totally makes me think of Lake Michigan, so maybe that’s partly why I’m drawn to turquoise!

I especially partial to the cuff at the top!

Oh my gosh!! She is so stinking cute! But yes, I can see trouble written all over that adorable little face  Just the other day I was thinking I’d ask you to post another pic of Marley. I remember when I was a kid, and we had a Husky puppy. He was equally dangerous. Keep your stuff safe!!

@Phoenix7 I have never seen a Maine Coon in person, but in pics they look really cool. I love all animals, but cats have a special place in my heart. My cat behaves pretty well, and I’m going to link a thread where we got talking about our pets. Maybe you can add a cool photo of yours! Even Mosi loves Native art

My Mosi is just a rescue shelter kitty, but I love her!

Lol I guess my “ not too much” is more than usual…

That cuff has been in my posession for so long I can’t remember but, it goes with all my sleeping beauty and kingman blues so, it gets a lot of wear.

Yes, start a pet post! I’d be happy to share photos of the babies!

We kind of have one; I linked it in the above post so maybe you can add to that. I just went through it again for fun. It’s the “Even Mosi loves Native Art.”

I apparently channeled @Phoenix7 in my jewelry wearing. I don’t always wear quite this much to work, but was in the mood yesterday.

Combined some of my clusterish type pieces together on one arm, and added necklaces and my Reggie cuff on the other. I’m finding the long turquoise one combines so well with other stuff that I wear more necklaces now. Since I wear my coat zipped up while working, they don’t swing around and annoy me.

I did have on small earrings though
